I have major Olympic fever right now.One reason is that my old assistant coach from Iowa, Liang Qiao, affectionately known as "Chow", is now the head coach of the U.S. Olympic Gymnastics team and the coach of gymnastics phenom Shawn Johnson.
I will be spending the weekend in front of the TV, watching Liang and Shawn take on the gymnastics world. There is a very good chance that she may become the Olympic All Around Champ. Watch her....she is amazing!

I have been glued to the gymnastics portion of the Olympics...it is my fav. When I heard that the coach was from Iowa, I knew you must know him! How cool is that?
